General Program Questions

  • Q: What is the Delicious Rewards™ from LEAN CUISINE program?
  • A: This is a program where you earn codes by purchasing LEAN CUISINE varieties, and then redeem those for items in the catalog. To take part you:
    1. First, register for the program here. You will need to read and agree to the Delicious Rewards™ rules.
    2. Second, buy LEAN CUISINE varieties—LEAN CUISINE varieties purchased after January 1, 2011 (excluding LEAN CUISINE bagged products) should contain a unique code that is printed in red on the inside of the box.
    3. Third, enter those codes online. Each Code is worth 20 or 40 (wrap ADDITIONS™, salad ADDITIONS™ and Honestly Good® varieties only) points, and based on the number of codes submitted, the associated points will be deposited into your account. You can enter only 10 codes per day, and every code is unique so it can be used only once.
    4. Save up the points. You can redeem those points for items in the catalog.

  • A: Telling your friends is easy! Once you’ve logged into the program:
    1. Visit the tell a friend page.
    2. Fill in the fields with each friend's name and e-mail address!
    3. Click Submit and an e-mail will be sent to your friend(s) about Delicious Rewards™!

  • A: The Bonus Points page is the page that houses additional opportunities for you to earn points, such as taking surveys.

  • Q: How many points are my in-pack codes worth?
  • A: Each in-pack code is worth 20 or 40 (wrap ADDITIONS™ salad ADDITIONS™ and Honestly Good® varieties only) points. Once you have entered your code, your points will be deposited into your account.

  • Q: Where can I find the Delicious Rewards™ code?
  • A: The unique code is printed in red on the inside panel of the
    LEAN CUISINE® boxes. (this excludes LEAN CUISINE bagged products). Please visit the how it works page for an image of where the code is located.
     
    If the box you purchased does not contain a code, please contact us for further instructions on how to proceed.
  • Q: Where can I enter my unique codes?
  • A: Once you have logged in to your account on the Delicious Rewards™ from LEAN CUISINE® home page, there is a space to enter a code on the left side of the page. You can also go to the enter codes page, where you can enter multiple codes at one time—up to 10 codes per day.
  • Q: How do I enter codes?
  • A: After registering or logging in to the site, enter your unique code into the field located at the left of the page below "Enter Code," and then click on the "Submit" button. Once you've submitted the code, 20 or 40
    (wrap ADDITIONS™, salad ADDITIONS™ and Honestly Good® varieties only) points will be deposited into your account.

    You can also go to the enter codes page, where you can enter multiple codes at one time—up to 10 codes per day.
  • Q: I received a package without a code, what do I do?
  • A:
    1. Confirm you purchased the package after January 1, 2011.
    2. Then, click here to provide us with the UPC and Time Stamp from your package and Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
    3. Hold on to your package since you may need to provide proof of purchase later on.
    The UPC can be found on the back of the package under the bar code. The Time Stamp can be found on the side of the package, under the ingredients, in a gray strip. Please provide all characters found in the gray strip.
     
    Please also remember that you must be registered to participate in the Delicious Rewards™ in order to receive a replacement code, and the codes have no value until you are registered.
  • Q: When I try to enter my codes, I receive an error message. What am I doing wrong?
  • A: Please note the following information when having trouble entering your codes:
    1. Make sure you’ve entered the characters and digits in the same order as they appear inside the package.
    2. If your code includes dashes, please input all dashes.
    3. Remember that replacement codes can only be used by the email address that requested them.
    4. Codes are not case sensitive.
  • Q: I got an error message saying that my Delicious Rewards™ code had already been used in another account. What do I do?
  • A: If you entered your Delicious Rewards™ code and received the following message: "The code you entered has already been entered," and you did not enter this code previously, please click here. Customer Service will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
     
    Make sure to provide us with your Delicious Rewards™ code and the product details, including the UPC and Time Stamp.
     
    The UPC can be found on the back of the package under the bar code. The Time Stamp can be found on the side of the package, under the ingredients, in a gray strip. Please provide all characters found in the gray strip.

Delicious Rewards™ Points Questions

  • Q: What are Delicious Rewards™ points?
  • A: Delicious Rewards™ points are the currency used in the Delicious Rewards™ from LEAN CUISINE® catalog, and are deposited into your online account when you enter codes from packages of eligible LEAN CUISINE products, or answer surveys on the bonus points page. Delicious Rewards™ points have no cash value.
  • Q: How do I earn Delicious Rewards™ points?
  • A: To earn Delicious Rewards™ Points:
    1. First, register for the program here. You will need to read and agree to the Delicious Rewards™ Rules
    2. Second, buy LEAN CUISINE varieties—LEAN CUISINE varieties purchased after January 1, 2011 (excluding LEAN CUISINE bagged products) should contain a unique code that is printed in red on the inside of the box.

  • Q: What rewards can I redeem with my Delicious Rewards™ points?
  • A: There's an online catalog with numerous rewards all with corresponding points values. You can redeem your points for any reward for which you have enough points in your account! the number of points needed to redeem each reward item will appear below the reward item image. Click here to view the catalog and browse the latest assortment.
     
    Your point balance will appear on the left-hand side of every page in the My Account Panel.
  • Q: How do I redeem my Delicious Rewards™ points?
  • A:
    1. First, log on to http://deliciousrewards.leancuisine.com.
    2. Then, browse through the catalog and choose your reward by clicking “REDEEM” in the item description window.
    3. Finally, follow the simple checkout process to redeem your reward.
    Please note: You'll be asked to confirm your shipping address to make sure your reward gets shipped to the correct address.
  • Q: How are points deducted from my account?
  • A: If you redeem your points for an item in the catalog or an entry for a “You Could Win This” reward, the associated number of points for that item will be deducted from your account. You may also view your transaction history by clicking on the Transaction History link on the My Account Panel, located on the left-hand side of your page.
  • Q: When do my points expire?
  • A: If you have not logged in to Delicious Rewards™ for 90 days, you will receive an e-mail reminding you to log in. If you have not logged in within 30 days of that e-mail, you will receive a second e-mail reminding you that if you do not log in within 30 days, your points will expire.
  • Q: Do I earn points for taking a survey?
  • A: You will earn points for taking a survey, found on the Bonus Points page. The number of points you earn for completing them will not always be the same. To find out how many points you will earn for each survey, please visit the bonus points page.
  • Q: My point balance seems wrong. What should I do?
  • A: Sometimes your computer's cache (this is the short-term memory for your browser) will keep you from seeing the most current information, especially if your point total changed since you logged in.
     
    If your total seems incorrect, try refreshing your browser window. Or you could log off, close all browser windows, open a new browser window, and log back in.
     
    If that doesn't work, please click here and Customer Service will provide you with more information on how to proceed.
  • Q: What is the Bonus Points page?

Rewards Catalog Questions

  • Q: Can I redeem reward items and have them sent to someone else?
  • A: The mailing address in your account profile is the default address used to mail rewards. Click here to update your profile.

    However, you will have the opportunity to send a redeemed reward item to a different address during the shipping process after you have redeemed for the item.

    Please note: Reward items can be delivered only to U.S. street addresses. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Q: How do I get my reward?
  • A: There are three types of rewards in the catalog, and each are received differently:
    1. Physical goods – These are shipped physically in the mail.
    2. Digital goods – These are e-mailed to the e-mail address linked to your account.
    3. “You Could Win This” items – Winners will be contacted via e-mail with details on how they will receive the reward they won.
  • Q: When can I expect to receive my reward item?
  • A: After submitting your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours. Rewards items that are shipped in the mail will arrive within 12 weeks, while reward items that are downloaded or printed can be used upon receiving the confirmation e-mail.
  • Q: I still haven’t received my reward and it’s been longer than 12 weeks. What do I do?
  • A: In order to ensure that your order was processed, please make sure that you received a confirmation e-mail from us after you redeemed for your reward. You can also check your transaction history by clicking on the Transaction History link in the My Account Panel.
     
    Please click here to contact us if you received a confirmation email from us, your transaction history indicates the order was processed, and it has been longer than 12 weeks and you still have not received your reward.
  • Q: What is the “Wish List”?
  • A: The Wish List is a place for you to gather all of the great rewards that you’re saving up for. It’s your choice whether you redeem for the rewards at a later time or leave them in your Wish List to keep dreaming about!
  • Q: How do I redeem my Delicious Rewards™ points?
  • A:
    1. First, log on to deliciousrewards.leancuisine.com.
    2. Then, browse through the catalog and choose your reward by clicking “REDEEM” in the item description window.
    3. Finally, follow the simple checkout process to redeem your reward.

  • Q: What are the items in the catalog that say, “You Could Win This”?
  • A: You will see items in the catalog that indicate, "you could WIN THIS." You can use your points to enter for your chance to win these rewards.

Shipping and Fulfillment Questions

  • Q: How are items shipped?
  • A: Generally, rewards will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. However, some items may be shipped via UPS. Rewards can be delivered to street addresses only; sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Q: When can I expect to receive my reward?
  • A: Physical rewards will be shipped within 12 weeks from redemption, and digital rewards should arrive in your e-mail in-box within 72 hours of redemption with further instructions for immediate use.
  • Q: Can you ship my reward to a Post Office Box?
  • A: Rewards may not be shipped to Post Office Box addresses.

  • Q: What are “digital” rewards?
  • A: Digital rewards include: e-gift cards, music downloads, magazine subscriptions, sweepstakes entries, etc… After your redemption you will receive an email with instructions on next steps to complete your digital reward redemption.
  • Q: What does “fulfilled” mean?
  • A: Fulfillment is the process whereby a person or company fulfills their obligations to send a person an item or product that the person has ordered, purchased, or requested from the organization. Only rewards shipped to members of Delicious Rewards are fulfilled.
  • Q: What do different order statuses mean in my Transaction History?
  • A: Order Received – we’ve received the order you placed. Note: This status is ONLY for rewards that are shipped via a postal carrier. Digital rewards and sweepstakes entries not included – please see Order Processed.

    Order Processing – your reward is currently being fulfilled.

    Order Processed –
    1. If your reward is being shipped via a postal carrier, it is now on its way!
    2. If you redeemed for a digital item (e-gift cards, music downloads, magazine subscriptions, sweepstakes entries, etc.) please check your email inbox for your reward.
    3. If you earned a Free Lunch Bag, tracking and carrier details via the link next to your order status.

Available in four varieties, LEAN CUISINE wrap ADDITIONS feature premium ingredients such as grilled white meat chicken, crisp vegetables and cool culinary-inspired spreads – all you need to do is simply add your own tortilla or flatbread.

  • A: Although the choice is yours, we generally recommend about a 10 inch low-fat tortilla. You can also use 2, 6 inch tortilla and split the protein and vegetable pouch contents in half. LEAN CUISINE strives to provide delicious meals at a fair price. Please keep in mind the cost of individually purchasing each of the two components, which can run upwards of $10. We deliver unique varieties in single-serve portions, saving you money and the headache of stale or expired ingredients.

  • Q. When will Honestly Good be available to me?

  • Q: Why do you ask for my mailing address during registration?
  • A: The address you enter upon registration will be used to ship items you redeem, unless a different shipping address is specified in the redemption process. We will not use your mailing address for purposes other than those specified upon registration for a program.

  • Q: Can I change my mailing address?
  • A: You can use a different shipping address for each item redeemed or purchased. If you update the shipping address for a particular item, this will not update the address stored in your profile.

    To update the address stored in your profile:
    1. Go to the profile information.
    2. Log in.
    3. Follow the instructions to update your address.
    Afterward, you will be able to access your account with the newly updated e-mail address.

  • The Delicious Rewards website may have been accessed without authorization, resulting in some of the membership accounts likely to have been accessed as well. The online privacy of our consumers is of utmost importance to Nestlé, which is why we closed the website to carefully investigate the incident. We are confident no fraudulent activity occurred or points lost from any account.
  • Who was affected?
  • A small number of Delicious Rewards membership accounts may have been accessed but no fraudulent activity occurred.
  • What kind of information was accessed?
  • Email addresses and passwords may have been accessed. As a precautionary measure, members whose accounts were likely to have been accessed will be prompted to reset their password when they log in to their DeliciousRewards.com account. The database does not contain any social security, bank or credit card information. Nestlé does not store any such sensitive consumer information.
  • How do I know if it was my account? What are you doing about it?
  • We have personally notified all Delicious Rewards members whose accounts may have been accessed without authorization. As a precautionary measure, we encourage you to reset your password next time you log in to your Delicious Rewards account. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
  • What steps should I take to create a strong password?
  • A strong password is an important protection to help you have safer online transactions. Here are some steps to create a strong password. Consider using some or all to help protect yourself online:
    • Length. Make your passwords at least eight (8) characters long.
    • Complexity. Include a combination of at least three (3) upper and/or lowercase letters, punctuation, symbols, and numerals. The more variety of characters in your password, the better.
    • Variation. Change your passwords often. Set an automatic reminder to update passwords on your email, banking, and credit card websites every three months.

  • What about other personal information?

  • A: Delicious Rewards™ points are the currency used in the Delicious Rewards™ from LEAN CUISINE® catalog, and are deposited into your online account when you enter codes from packages of eligible LEAN CUISINE products, or answer surveys on the bonus points page. Delicious Rewards™ points have no cash value.
  • Q: How do I earn Delicious Rewards™ points?
  • A: To earn Delicious Rewards™ Points:

  • Q: How are points deducted from my account?
  • A: If you redeem your points for an item in the catalog or an entry for a “You Could Win This” reward, the associated number of points for that item will be deducted from your account. You may also view your transaction history by clicking on the Transaction History link on the My Account Panel, located on the left-hand side of your page.
  • Q: My point balance seems wrong. What should I do?
  • A: Sometimes your computer's cache (this is the short-term memory for your browser) will keep you from seeing the most current information, especially if your point total changed since you logged in.
     
    If your total seems incorrect, try refreshing your browser window. Or you could log off, close all browser windows, open a new browser window, and log back in.
     
    If that doesn't work, please click here and Customer Service will provide you with more information on how to proceed.
  • Q: Why do you ask for my mailing address during registration?
  • A: The address you enter upon registration will be used to ship items you redeem, unless a different shipping address is specified in the redemption process. We will not use your mailing address for purposes other than those specified upon registration for a program.

  • Q: Can I change my mailing address?
  • A: You can use a different shipping address for each item redeemed or purchased. If you update the shipping address for a particular item, this will not update the address stored in your profile.

    To update the address stored in your profile:
    1. Go to the profile information.
    2. Log in.
    3. Follow the instructions to update your address.
    Afterward, you will be able to access your account with the newly updated e-mail address.

  • Why was the Delicious Rewards website down?
  • The Delicious Rewards website may have been accessed without authorization, resulting in some of the membership accounts likely to have been accessed as well. The online privacy of our consumers is of utmost importance to Nestlé, which is why we closed the website to carefully investigate the incident. We are confident no fraudulent activity occurred or points lost from any account.
  • Who was affected?
  • A small number of Delicious Rewards membership accounts may have been accessed but no fraudulent activity occurred.
  • What kind of information was accessed?
  • Email addresses and passwords may have been accessed. As a precautionary measure, members whose accounts were likely to have been accessed will be prompted to reset their password when they log in to their DeliciousRewards.com account. The database does not contain any social security, bank or credit card information. Nestlé does not store any such sensitive consumer information.
  • How do I know if it was my account? What are you doing about it?
  • We have personally notified all Delicious Rewards members whose accounts may have been accessed without authorization. As a precautionary measure, we encourage you to reset your password next time you log in to your Delicious Rewards account. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
  • What steps should I take to create a strong password?
  • A strong password is an important protection to help you have safer online transactions. Here are some steps to create a strong password. Consider using some or all to help protect yourself online:
    • Length. Make your passwords at least eight (8) characters long.
    • Complexity. Include a combination of at least three (3) upper and/or lowercase letters, punctuation, symbols, and numerals. The more variety of characters in your password, the better.
    • Variation. Change your passwords often. Set an automatic reminder to update passwords on your email, banking, and credit card websites every three months.
    • Variety. Don't use the same password for everything. Cyber criminals can steal passwords from websites that have poor security, and then use those same passwords to target more secure environments, such as banking websites.
  • What about other personal information?
  • Nestlé does not collect or store sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, driver's license or state identification numbers, or financial information in our system. A limited number of email addresses and passwords may have been accessed.
  • I also subscribe to several other Nestlé sites. Are they safe?
  • The online privacy of our consumers is of paramount importance to Nestlé. We do not store in our database for our Nestle sites any social security, bank or credit card information. As a precautionary measure, we will from time to time ask consumers to reset their passwords for security purposes.
